Background: The Mandalorian Honour Guard was a group of Mandalorians charged with the protection of the ruler of Mandalore. They were Mandalorian fighters trained to show restraint in most situations, but could remain a formidable fighting force. The Royal Guard wielded force spears capable of blocking blaster fire which they used against enemies and heavy armour, a gorget, and an elaborate helmet to protect their body. This armour and the uniform associated with it represented Mandalore's traditions of gallantry and discipline.

Speed: Middle C Combat Speed

Abilities: Mastery of Mandalorian Hand-to-hand, Wrist Shields, Martial Weapons, Mandalorian Sabre Combat, Shield Combat, Throwables, and Explosives. Highly Proficient in Mental Shielding and Survival Skills. Proficient with Jetpacks. Skilled with Camouflage and Traps.

Perk: Spiked Wall

• The Honour Guards can form a Phalanx Formation. This cannot be broken through by physical force, unless the attacker wants to be skewered.

Equipment: Mandalorian Beskar Honour Guard Armour; Retractable Beskar Shield; Beskar Spears; Force Spears; 4 Stun Grenades; Beskar Crushgaunts; Grapple Gun; Highly Proficient with Standard First Aid Kit.

Weaknesses: The priority was defending the ruler, that was all that mattered to an honour guard. So, compromising the safety of the ruler of Mandalore would force the honour guards to retreat or at least be distracted, rendering them a much easier threat to deal with. Aiming low at the legs is a good strategy to disable an honour guard, as the spear and shield make it difficult to manoeuvre. Finally, the phalanx the guards can form has several weaknesses. Firstly, due to the shield being on the left arm, this left the far right extreme of the phalanx extremely vulnerable. Furthermore, the phalanx was only as strong as the weakest individual, as honour guards have to rely on their neighbours to protect them as they focus on advancing.
