Background: Mitth'raw'nuruodo, also known by his core name, Thrawn, is a Chiss Admiral and Republic Grand Admiral known for his military prowess. An alien republic officer with striking blue skin, red eyes, and an angular face, Thrawn was well known as a brilliant and ruthless strategist. He believed that in order to achieve victory in war, one must know their enemy. As such, he dedicated himself to understanding the philosophy, art, and culture of his opponents, which included the clans of Mandalore and the Eternal Empire of Zakuul.
Before joining the Republic Thrawn served with the Chiss Defense Fleet. Thrawn was the first Chiss to recognize the threat of the Far Outsiders. Thrawn petitioned the Chiss Aristocra to work with the wider galaxy in a limited fashion in order to create some form of galactic unity in the case of a full scale invasion by the outsiders.
Thrawn Joined the Republic Navy as a part of his initiative, and was immediately given the rank of Fleet Admiral and total command of the fleet, and within a matter of months, he was appointed as the first Republic Grand Admiral. Thrawn served through the duration of the clone wars, including the return of the Eternal Empire, rise of the Shadow Collective, and the formation of the Second Eternal Alliance.
While Thrawn was commanding republic forces throughout the known galaxy, he was also continuing his plan for a shield against the Far Outsiders, uniting the Gree with the Chiss and setting his sights on alliances with both the species of The Chaos, and the remaining species from the time of the celestials. Thrawn has never suffered a tactical defeat in battle, and over the course of the war, many of his enemies learned to avoid combat with him, as he could analyse and replicate even the most complex of their tactics with ease.
Thrawn was killed alongside Lana Beniko, when both were consumed by the Great Devourer, Ectherid.

Abilities: The Mastery in Pattern Recognition. Extreme Mastery of Chiss Hand-to-Hand Combat and Deception. Mastery in Custom Sabre Form, Hunting/Tracking, Mental Shielding, Ground Vehicles, Sniper Rifles, and Carbines. Proficient in Shii-Cho, Slicing, and Jar'Kai. Begun Training in Makashi, Soresu, Ataru, Form V, and TrĂ kata.

Weaknesses: Thrawn does not have force powers, and as such can be overwhelmed by them easily. His style is based on allowing the opponent to attack, and because of this; if you simply stay in place or on the defensive, he will be forced to plan another form of attack. His analysis skills have limits, so if an opponent changes fighting styles mid-fight, he will be forced to recalculate. Even though he is highly skilled, not being force sensitive does limit his ability to use lightsabers. Is not able to keep up with force users in raw speed, so any force user as good or better than him at saber combat will defeat him in a fair fight. Tricking Thrawn into a false sense of security by allowing him to analyse your moves and then rapidly changing them will catch the Admiral completely off guard, however, this will mean he has analysed you for the next encounter.
