Name: A-69 "Static"

Background: ARC-69 was a Alpha ARC Trooper who served in the Grand Army of the Republic as a captain of the special forces 811th Whistle Battalion. Static, as was the case with the rest of the Alpha ARCs, first saw action with the Separatist invasion of Kamino. As the Confederacy's droid forces pushed towards the heart of Tipoca City, the Kaminoan Prime Minister, Lama Su, activated the ARCs and authorized their deployment to hot-spots across Kamino in a last-ditch effort to save the planet's precious cloning facilities.

During the Clone Wars, Static joined the 26th Praetorian Corps, where he became best friends with the Marshal Commander; known as Hannibal. Sometime in 21 BBY, Static was part of a Republic battle which resulted in the complete annihilation of all 36,864 troopers within the corps, bar himself and Hannibal. Stepping down after the Kaminoans and early GAR Command rendered the result efficient, Static would resign his ARC identity and join the 501st Legion in order to keep a low profile. After being rotated to the 332nd Legion under Ahsoka Tano, Static would eventually be promoted to Sergeant Major, helping to lead an elite platoon called Whistle Platoon, who communicated through attack patterns and whistles.

After his efforts upon arriving in the Universe of Fracture on Kuat, helping to save General Ahsoka Tano and Marshal Commander CC-5597 "Jesse" from the local Imperial Garrison as well as helping the 332nd Legion escape planet, Static and most of Whistle Platoon was promoted, with Static promoted to Captain.

Abilities: The Mastery in Weapon Instinct. Mastery in Blaster Rifles, Blaster Pistols, Chains Guns, Deception, Blaster Cannons, Vehicle Boarding, and Mandalorian Hand-to-Hand Combat. Highly Proficient in Manipulation, Shotguns, Blaster Carbines, Ground Vehicles, Camouflage, Espionage, Traps, Rocket Launchers, Explosives, Sniper Rifles, Throwables, Mental Shielding, and Mandalorian Sabre Combat. Proficient in Grenade Launchers, Projectors, Hunting/Tracking, Jetpacks, Slicing, Survival Skills, Ship Boarding, Pattern Recognition, and Martial Weapons.

Weaknesses: Static is highly protective over his men, and especially his best friend, often going to unnecessary risk to protect them, taking risks that are not even necessary just because Static believes one must do crazy things to protect those they care about. As such, Static often injures himself or even worse, does so critically when attempting to save people, going to do stupid and foolish plans because that is his moral standard. Static can be extremely lazy, often forgoing many tasks and objectives to accomplish the goal with minimal effort, and can often be found sleeping on the job; both of which can be exploited by a talented combat artist.
