Name: Standard Alpha-Class Advanced Recon Commandos
Rank: ARC Lieutenant
Tier: Low 2
Background: The Alpha-class Advanced Reconnaissance Commandos were created after the failure of the Null-Class, serving as the second generation of ARCs. 100 were created, and all were personally trained by their progenitor, Jango Fett. Despite being very independent thinkers, they were loyal to the Republic thanks to the conditioning of Fett, who instructed them to serve the institution.
The Alphas were rigorously trained, being taught most forms of weaponry, tactics, and clandestine warfare. Jango also conditioned the Alphas with multiple contingency codes that the Kaminoans were not informed of. Having been spread thin throughout the Grand Army due to their sheer value in the field, the remaining Alpha ARCs were used as trainers to fill the ranks with new ARC Troopers, leading to the creation of both the Beta-class ARC Trooper program, and Alpha-17's clone commander training program.

Weaknesses: There are divisions between the Alpha ARC Troopers and the standard troopers, with many feeling the ARCs look down on them or even worse, deifying them. This conflict and idolisation could be exploited in a combat scenario, with the death of an Alpha causing panic and routing in the ranks. Alpha ARCs are independent thinkers, and trust their own judgement more than anything else. This could prove to be disastrous in a situation where they have a lack of knowledge, or can be manipulated to make the Alpha ARC lead their troops into a death trap because they trusted their own judgement while refusing to budge on it.
