Background: Plo Koon was a Force-sensitive Kel Dor Jedi Master who served as a member of the Jedi High Council during the last years of the Galactic Republic. He served as a respected Jedi General during the Clone Wars, a pan-galactic conflict between the Republic and its splinter state, the Confederacy of Independent Systems. During the war he frequently undertook dangerous missions with the soldiers under his command, the 104th Battalion. Koon wore a breath mask to filter the air around him so that it matched his home planet of Dorin, and wore goggles to prevent his eye fluids from evaporating.

Koon was a survivor of the First Battle of Geonosis, the opening salvo of the Clone Wars that claimed the lives of nearly 200 Jedi. Early in the war he embarked on a mission to track down the Separatist warship Malevolence. Following several attempts to destroy the weapon, Koon and several of his peers managed to take it down. Among the Jedi he often worked with was Ahsoka Tano, whom he had discovered years before the war and shared a special bond with. Koon won many victories, leading Systems Army Delta throughout their sector before eventually taking Muunilinst and Mygeeto alongside Ki-Adi Mundi. 

However, it was after the Day of Chaos that Koon would retire from the Jedi Council, simply unable to tend to duties given the suffering the Jedi went through.

Abilities: Extreme Mastery in Temple Hand-to-Hand Combat, Ground Vehicles, Form V, and Teräs Käsi. Mastery in Mental Shielding. Highly Proficient in Ataru, Niman, Makashi, Soresu, and Shii-Cho. Begun training in Telekinetic Lightsaber Combat Technique, Juyo, Anakin’s Form 4 & 5 Combo, Jar’Kai, and Tràkata.

Weaknesses: Plo no longer brittle bones except in his right arm. Thus, aiming for this appendage would possibly allow one to disable the only arm through which Plo Koon can channel techniques like Electric Judgement and Tutaminis. Take out the right arm, and you take out Plo Koon. If his re-breather is damaged or removed in an oxygen-rich atmosphere, he will begin to suffocate and his vision will fade. This will render him unconscious and eventually, will cause death.
